- If your order has not arrived please allow the relevant time and if it’s not arrived in the timeframe stated... Email us here to chase an order.
*UK = Delivery is 2-4 working days ( up to 1 full week ) normally for an order
*Europe = Delivery is 5-10 working days ( up to 2 full weeks )
*Rest of World = Delivery is 10-15 working days ( up to 3 full weeks ) - Part of my order has not arrived
- Some orders may be sent in separate consignments. Posters for instance are sent separately and should arrive shortly after the rest of your order. Please allow the full time scale stated for delivery if an item hasn’t turned up then contact us here to chase the delivery.
- My order turned up wrong or damaged!
- If you have a item which has arrived that’s incorrect or damaged... please let us know here. You will need to have your reference number ( stated on the email confirmation when you placed the order ), and your name, postcode and items ordered.
- I want to check you have my order?
- If you think you may not have placed your order correctly the best thing to do is check your emails. If you have received the email confirmation through – you can be sure the order was processed okay. If you wanted to double check we have it please fill out the form here.
- How do I place an order?
- Go through the website, and click the ‘add to cart’ button on a product to add it to your order. You can then click on the ‘checkout’ link at the top of each page, when you are ready to finalise the order. At this point simply enter your address details, and later on you can pay online with a credit/debit card using PayPal
- Can I order on the phone or mail?
- The easiest and fastest way to order is to place it online at the website. This is a secure way to place the order as card details are taken directly with the HSBC Secure ePayments website – one of the world’s largest banks. - How much is Postage and Packing?
- The cost for P&P on UK orders is £2.99, for Europe £3.99, America and rest of the world is £4.99. This cost is per order ( not each product ) and will be added to the total of your shopping cart.
